Written by Philip Eisner (Event Horizon) and directed by Simon Hunter (never heard of him). Starring Ron Perlman, Thomas Jane, John Malkovich, and Devon Aoki.

From IMDB: 23rd century soldier Major Mitch Hunter (Jane) leads a fight against an army of underworld NecroMutants.

This film looks to be treading the line between Dark City and the Chronicles of Riddick. Let’s hope it leans a lot closer to Dark City.
